Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Mummy, Endo and Me. We are dedicated to getting our stories of resilience into your hands as quickly and safely as possible

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.

• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during a new book launch), shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.​​

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to postal service interruptions outside of our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

Mummy, Endo and Me is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please refer to our Refund Policy for instructions on how to report a damaged book.

6. Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office before contacting us at info@mummyendandme.co.uk.

7. Pre-Orders

For items marked as "Pre-Order," the estimated shipping date will be clearly stated on the product page. Please note that if your order contains both a pre-order item and an "in-stock" item, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is available.
