Refund Policy

We want you and your family to be completely happy with your purchase. As a small, mission-led business, we strive to handle every order with care.

1. Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to notify us that you wish to return it. Once you have notified us, you have another 14 days to return the item to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• In the original packaging.

• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items cannot be returned:

• Signed/Personalised Books: Any book that has been personally signed or inscribed by the author at your request cannot be returned unless it is damaged or faulty.

• Digital Products: Downloadable resources, E-books, or digital guides are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.

• Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless faulty.
